This is a brand new reproduction mechanical 20" speedometer. It includes everything you need, speedometer head, driver cable and mounting bracket. Super easy to install. Works on 20" wheel bicycles including Schwinn Stingrays and any other brand 20" wheel bicycle. Please note the cable is about 28" long and the cable will not be long enough for the chopper or the brand new OCC Stingray bicycle. But will fit the older Schwinn Stingrays and all other makes and models with 20" front wheels. If you have a chopper bicycle or a bicycle with a extended fork, measure from the bottom of the handlebars to the front axle and make sure it's not any longer then 28".
